Sofia Mickel is a strategic communicator who works alongside a talented team to advance public policy opportunities for government, nonprofit, and corporate agencies. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Sofia graduated with her Bachelor’s in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Arizona.

Her background includes grassroots political campaign work, nonprofit communication and operation management and experience in the startup space. She is also a member of Lambda Theta Alpha, the first and largest Latina sorority in the country.
